§ 5-240. Notice of maximum occupancy.

Every owner or operator shall advise the occupant in writing or by insertion in the lease between the parties of the maximum number of occupants permitted in the occupied premises under this article. A copy of such notice or lease shall be available to the director of the code compliance department.
