§ 5-204. Storage of fuels.

  • All fuels stored on the premises for the operation of heat-producing equipment shall be stored in a safe manner. Fuels shall be stored in accordance with generally accepted practice and in a manner that will minimize the danger of fire. No fuel oil, gasoline, or highly inflammable fuel shall be stored within any structure used for human habitation, except in a manner approved by the county fire department.
