§ 5-158. Maintenance of plumbing fixtures.

Every water line, plumbing fixture, and drain located in a structure shall be properly installed, connected, and maintained, and capable of performing the function for which it was designed. All repairs to installations must be made in accordance with the plumbing regulation of the state building code.
