§ 5-145. Waste disposal.

Every occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall dispose of rubbish, garbage, and other matter as provided in section 5-199. In a dwelling containing three or more dwelling units, adequate rubbish and garbage containers and necessary replacements shall be supplied by the owner.
