§ 5-69. Existing remedies.

Nothing in this article shall be deemed to abolish or impair existing remedies of the city or its officers or agencies, relating to the removal or demolition of any buildings which are deemed to be dangerous, unsafe, or unsanitary; but this article shall be deemed and treated as an addition thereto, and cumulative of the powers therein.
